Grey5 exists because most things in the real world get built backwards. People start with how something should look before they understand what it needs to do, who it’s for, or how long it has to last. Then the problems show up later. Brands that don’t scale. Products that confuse people. Projects that look good in a deck and fall apart once money, timelines, and real users get involved. Grey5 comes from being inside that cycle enough times to know where it breaks. The work here is about slowing down at the right moments, asking the uncomfortable questions early, and making decisions that still make sense when the project leaves the screen and hits reality. Not perfect design. Not flashy design. Just work that holds up when things get complicated.
